Andorra Resorts

If you're planning a holiday to Andorra, then our series of five websites under the Andorra Resorts umbrella should be your first port of call. These websites provide a whole host of useful information related to the ski resorts of Andorra, from weather reports and webcams through to village maps and après ski guides, plus plenty more!

As well as a huge amount of tourist information to help you learn about the ski resorts, you can also create your own flexible holiday too. With flight search tools, airport transfers to book online, accommodation options, and a full range of flexible ski extras, it's easy to create your perfect holiday.

But don't worry, if you'd be more interested in a package holiday then our ski travel agency Destination Ski will be happy to help, offering packages from Crystal, Neilson, and Inghams, as well as flexible bespoke packages too.

Vallnord Pal-Arinsal

Home to our Andorra office, Arinsal is a fantastic choice of ski resort for beginners and families. You'll find an excellent ski school with lots of British ski and snowboard instructors, great value hotels and apartments, and a very family friendly atmosphere around the village in the bars and restaurants.

The second resort is La Massana, which is more of a town than a holiday resort, although it does have some very good 3* and 4* hotels, and if you stay in an apartment then you have a few decent supermarkets to choose from. Skiing wise, the gondola in La Massana takes you up to the Pal ski area, which is the larger area of Pal-Arinsal (the two areas are linked by cable car).

Grandvalira Resorts

Grandvalira is the largest of the ski areas in Andorra, with 210km of linked slopes stretching from Pas de la Casa across to Encamp. Pas de la Casa is very much a purpose-bult town, very lively, and great for après ski & groups, although still popular with families in school holidays. Soldeu is a lovely village with some excellent hotels and apartments, and is a favourite of couples and families, with a good selection of bars (many with live music) and restaurants. El Tarter is a much smaller village with a good choice of self-catering apartments. The other sectors of Grandvalira are Canillo and Encamp, which have lots of amenities and are much more popular with guests from France and Spain.

Ordino-Arcalis is the other area of Grandvalira Resorts, which is a separate ski area, offering 30km of marked pistes as well as being an amazing freeride destination, and an annual stop on the Freeride World Tour.
